Dropping bombs on Yugoslavia was the, Clinton/ NATO, way of dealing with genocide. Hillary was there for that campaign she claims. Who lies about being part of a poorly executed fiasco? What exactly did Sen. Clinton do? We know her marital constituent decided bombs, not protection and food, was what would save the Albanians.
Also what was Sen. Clinton's role with the breach of the Macedonian border? She was nowhere in sight when the borders opened and had no authority on the situation. Maybe President Clinton was talking about at home, so Sen. Clinton considers that foreign policy experience.
North Ireland? In December of 1994 peace talks between Sinn Fein and the British were finally publicly successful. Sinn Fein wanted the British to leave and the British wanted the IRA's weapons.
In 1995 George Mitchell was brought in to mediate the peace talks. In 1996 he drafted a report recommending, the disarm of the IRA. Long story short, Sen. Clinton had nothing to do with this. Apparently Mr. Mitchell's hard work didn't prove to be successful anyhow.
