Well here we are once again. A time where you hear about people that you have or had not heard of before. Televisions, radios, magazines, and people's front lawns bombarded with more ads than you actually care about. A time where you will meet people at the corner diner or a school, or at your front door. No these aren't jehovah witnesses or representatives from the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints or mormans as they are sometimes referred to as. The people i refer to are called "politicians". Yes the people who are running for political office.
The people who will basically kiss your ass to get you vote for them. These people that I encounter are usually republicans. At least in my hometown they're republicans. Yes the ones who bold face lie to you about how they are going to fix the problems in your community. Yes the ones who actually think that george w. bush and dick cheney's policies were the right ones for our country. Yes the ones who think that there is nothing wrong with our healthcare system. Yes the ones who belive that it is okay to invade other countrys and occupy them for a hundred years. Yes the ones who just clearly don't have a clue. The ones that actually believe that the global economy is doing fine and there's no reason to panic. Yes the ones who are against abortion, but yet have no problem blowing up innocent people in a foriegn land. These Republicans who give us "straight talk".
Straight talk? Wait a minute. Is this the same kind of straight talk that got us into an unjustifiable war in Iraq? Is this the same kind of straight talk that well, basically messed up our entire global economy? If this is the same kind of "straight talk" that we've been hearing for the past eight years, then by golly i want four more of them. We don't need universal healthcare in America. It wouldn't work although that it has been proven that it works in other countries such as Canada, France, England, Germany, and the list goes on and on. We need to keep our troops in Iraq so they can die for the rich man's cause. We need to start other conflicts with North Korea, Russia, and Iran. We need to keep depending on China for our goods. We need to keep sending our jobs to Mexico and other countrys. We need to keep depending on crude oil for our energy needs cause that's what good for our country. We need to keep instilling religion and fear into the minds of American citizens. By god let's give up all of our rights for the "security" of our nation. Let's keep bailing out these corporate heads by giving them billions and billions of American taxpayers money because they felt and still feel like that greed is good. Screw the little people who struggle to get by and can't get the healthcare they need. They're going to die anyway. And global warming? Oh my god is Al Gore such a douchebag. There's no climate change. What's he talking about we need to save the environment? Cmon Al, only people with a brain actually watched your movie. Who cares if we destroy the ozone layer and the polar caps melt? Who cares about the abnormities of tsunamis and tornados? Who cares about Africa?
They're all going to die of AIDS and starvation. They've never done anything for us so why should we care? And what about our homeless here in America? Eh...who cares? They should've been working three, maybe four crappy jobs. Let's not giving working Americans a cost of living increase because of food and energy costs. Screw em. They should have joined the military. Wow, these Republican ideals are wonderful. These republicans are so damn clever. Thank you Sarah Palin for your experience with foreign policy. I never realized how much I can get screwed in the rear with no vasoline. If we can keep taking our country in this same direction for another four years, then god only knows what would happen. John McCain, you can count me in buddy. I wanna join the Republican Party so that my country can keep going to complete utter shit. God Bless America.
