Stop Legalized Family Investment Theft

Men and women invest a minimum of $100,000.00 initial investment per child, most of which is prior to and during the birth of the child. Remodeling a room and often times an entire house to create a room, furniture for the child or children if more than one is arriving, baby clothes, diapers, formulas, and then you add doctors visits, birthing cost and hospital cost. A child is an investment of the future for all families. A child is the only investment for poor families and faith based believers with little income.

The information I am giving you here is worth at least $151,152.00. I lost a $351,152.00 investment in 2004 due to illegal practices of a supposed legal system when they took my three precious children without proof of anything. Now they attack other faith based sects as well, trying to strip faith based believers of their future investments. I personally do not believe in certain practices but not everyone practices those things either, but is at this moment being persecuted for them just the same, because of association. So I want to help others to understand what the changes are so you can make the necessary changes in order not to be stripped of your future investments as I and thousands of others have.

We need to be better educated in order not to be singled out or to fall pray to the real predators that use the legal system to carry out their own hate crimes under the guise of doing it for the betterment of the children or anything else. We also need to look at our children and home life in a different way. While there are some real sick people out there that intentionally abuse children, elders, etc. no where near as many do so as is on the Megan's law listing. Many of those poor men had absolutely no idea that the once innocent play most families experienced with their elders as a child themselves had been turned into something twisted and evil by some who perhaps were honestly abused but many more that, like so many other children that couldn't get their way vowed at some point to: make them all pay?

I am a Christian and I know in my heart that was the real reason my children were taken permanently even though I will never be able to prove a thing. The Child Protective Worker's expression when I stupidly told her I was a Christian spoke clearer than any words she could have uttered. Her eyes went wide as though a light bulb had been suddenly turned on and her stance went ridged as though someone slapped her across her face. Then her blatant out right lie about having DNA proof all the way up to the judge in Juvenal Court inquiring about the supposed proof and her lame response was, “I lost it on my desk at the office.” How can something as important as DNA proof become lost on a desk of the very person who is suppose to prove someone guilty? Today the government agencies known as Child Protective Services need no proof to take children from any home, just an accusation and proof of your faith. A drug addict or alcoholic will get their children back so long as they go to classes, a Christian will never see their loved ones again unless they have a really good attorney with a super good investigative team working the cases, and that's expensive.

That is why I feel it is very important for everyone to understand what has changed and how to make this transition so no one else will suffer the traumatic abuses my children I'm sure suffered at their hands, and I certainly suffered through all their lies, twisting of words and mockery of both God and our justice system. For a poor Christian of faith there is no justice in the new system of today

We all need to “unlearn all we have learned.”

Number one no tickling your children, Child Protective Services say this some how excites children and “turns them on sexually,” personally I always found it very annoying not a turn on, rather a turn off, but I can only suppose some whiney female somewhere took great offense to being tickled or perhaps felt left out because she didn't get tickled. If your child accuses you or one of your older children or someone says they witnessed you or one of your older children tickling your or anyone's child you or they have just committed a sexual act against your or someone's child and shall be prosecuted accordingly as having committed a felony, required to register every year as a perpetrator, and your name goes on Megan's Law. Your spouse if a Christian will go down with you as a felon “Failure to Protect” under the guise that “you knew or should have known.” Prison time is dependant upon the court at the time, we were told twenty two years or plea bargain. My now ex-husband spent time in jail before for unpaid traffic tickets where as I had never been to jail before, and neither of us had ever been in prison; I was willing to fight it out because I knew I was innocent, but the so called attorneys didn't want to fight and they knew my ex was the weak link. They were intimidating, said we didn't stand a chance and my ex's attorney told me point blank, “shut up! You've said more than enough.” My so called attorney stood there looking at me as though I shouldn't have said a word as well and all three of them strongly encouraged me to sign papers stating I am signing of my own free will all the while laying a heavy guilt trip on me if I didn't that I'd be sending us both needlessly to prison. If I had it to do all over again I would spit on both attorneys and my ex and not have signed those papers. I would rather have gone to prison wrongfully than to live knowing I signed those demandable papers admitting guilt to a crime I was not guilty of.
