This is an observation that should be seen by every American of this land. There is no
doubt that we have all become slaves to the money capitalist of the world. We are known
as the “Blue Collar,” or at least those of us that have a job are referred to this by those who hold the necessities of our lives in their grip. There are those who are referred to as “White Collar,” however, even these men and women of a high profile in the work force are not in control of how their lives will be directed. Just like the rest of us, no matter how high of an education or how little of an education one may have, the money power will choose where you go and what you may or may not have. Because of this fact, we the people of the United States of America are nothing more than the working slaves to the money hungry capitalist of the world. This also proves that the only part of United in the United States, is the land. If we the people were truly united as we claim to be, this great land would not be in the shape it is in at this time.
The money capitalist or as I have come to see them as “The New Slave Owners” of the world are more untied than the people of this nation. According to our constitution we the people are the government. So why do we allow the money power to rule us as they will? If we are truly the United People of America, why don't we have them doing what we want? After all there are many more of us, than there is of them. No violence is or would be needed to make changes. For example; you have heard from every state in this union that we the people are tired of the high price of gasoline. Therefore, I say that we the people pick a day of a month to begin a national strike. That's right, a strike nation wide. Oh I may get fired for bringing the money power to their knees, but I'll take the chance for trying to unite the great people of this land that we call home.
I say as September 1 , 2008, no one goes to work and doesn't go back to work until gasoline is no more than $2.00 (USD) per gallon and this is a fixed rate forever. This would work because no matter what the big oil suppliers tells you, they need to sell their oil more than we need to use oil.
I know and understand how important oil is to our live style, but no change can be made without an effort, or sacrifice. Referring to strike, I mean that all working Americans would have to agree to staying off the job until the powers cave to our demands. Believe me it wouldn't take them long to submit, and they would and here is why.
Millions of gallons of oil, and gasoline would be left on their laps. They would not receive one penny from a purchase causing them to lose billions of dollars. The greedy capitalist does not have the mind set to deal with lost money. They place their money above life. Therefore, they would plead for a solution, which we the people must not bargain with, but stand fast to our demand of $2.00 per gallon of gas/oil. This is the set price at the pumps.
We have all heard the words (United we stand, divided we fall.) So now the question is,
are we truly a strong nation of united people? Or are we nothing more than the captive slaves to the money powered greedy capitalist? Why did our forefathers fight for our freedom of will, just to have their spiritual faces slapped by inducive actions? The more we bend to their gluten, the louder we are saying we are weak and simple people who are not willing to stand up for our freedom of choice. Or is it your choice to pay these outrageous prices? It is not my choice, but by force that I must pay this high cost. I do not believe that every American is agreeable to becoming enslaved without even trying to defend their freedom.
The American revolution was fought because those who came to the new land wanted their freedom of religion, speech, and taxes. Many young men and old died to preserve this right bestowed to us as U.S. citizens. Both young and old Americans died to eliminate slavery in the name of freedom for all American citizens. It is about time the people of these dead heroes return the favor to their strong minded and willed forefathers, and pass on the truth of freedom and equal justice for all Americans.
