If you lead others with a conditioned and complicated mind, you will be the source of calamity. If you lead others with simplicity you will be the source of blessings.
"How does the sea become queen of all rivers and streams? By lying lower than they do!" Therefore, humble yourself, and you will be able to serve the people. By putting yourself last you will become our leader. When someone of true virtue is set above the people, they do not see that person as a burden. And when he stands in front of the people, they do not see him as an obstruction.
