These are frightening times. The cost of gas is at a record high, people are losing their homes, food supply is running low, and in the midst of it all we're picking a new leader. Things are looking mad.
So do we need to fix the system? Is there a way we could have a quick fix to all the problems we're facing? I'm not one of those government hating losers who want to take down the "man". But, I do believe in small government. One of the things we need to fix is overspending. It's killing us.
If we had a smaller government, we would have a surplus of funds to help fix these problems. We could pour funding into the education budget to help reduce crime, we could invest in alternative energies to reduce the price of fuel, and overall increase the economy to help fund health care. (The government makes money every time something is bought and sold, the more we spend, the more money the government would have to fix healthcare without raising taxes on the middle class like a someone who happens to be the democratic nominee)
So by nixing all of the unnecessary spending that is fueling these useless and failed government programs, we could fix everything. So I do think we should fix the system. I'm not anti government; I'm just anti large government and anti stupid ideas that seam to be very popular in congress. Tell me what you think we should do about our system and our economy. I'd love you hear what everyone thinks. Thank you.
