The 2008 American Election is one of the most interesting of this year's news headlines, drawing attention from across the world.
What makes this election really attention grabbing are the names involved: Barack Obama, John Mc Cain, Sara Palin, Joe Biden, and initially, Hillary Clinton.
In the initial democratic race for the white house, the two contenders Barak Obama and Hillary Clinton are very interesting to watch.
Hillary Clinton

One of her greatest and strongest argument was that she was going to make a better commander in chief of the armed forces of the United States of America, arguing that, that was a very crucial element considering that the country was at war.
When it was clear that she had lost the primary, she did the noble thing, pledging support to her rival and arguing that he would make a good US president.
