McCain's Acceptance Speech

Senator McCain presented his acceptance speech last night at the RNC.

The start with the film of John McCain's life was extraordinary.

While his speech was somewhat lengthy, he did touch on several important topics.

Some of the things that we can look forward to once Senator McCain is our Leader; Lower Taxes, More Jobs, Reduction of Government Spending, Better Health Care, Energy in our Country ($700 Billion will no longer go to other Countries), among many other things.

Another important factor that Senator McCain spoke about, was the Improvement of our Education. He stated that Schools should answer to Parents and Students, as opposed to Bureaucrats. All parents of school age children should definitely appreciate this change.

He also stated that we can use our Community Colleges to train individuals for new jobs. And with all of the new jobs that will become available once he is in office, this will be a plus.

One of the most important things that I noticed during Senator McCain's speech, is that he did not attack Senator Obama. He actually stated that he “respects and admires Sentaor Obama”

While Senator Obama is making a parade of the Elections and slandering the opposing parties, Senator McCain is not allowing himself to get pulled down to that level.

A few of the Signs that were being waved around during the RNC included, but was not limited to: “Dems 4 McCain” “Students for McCain” “Environmentalists for McCain”

John McCain is also trying to reach out to the undecided voters, saying that he will earn your trust. He knows that trust isn't something that we (Americans) give freely or without cause. He is willing to take the time and effort to earn your trust.

I am an independant, and McCain has won my vote.
I did debate a little at first. But the evidence against Obama is just too strong.

I think he's got along road to get there. Obama smearing might do some damage. I hope McCain does get it
