Obama Come Out, Clinton Wants to Bout

Senator Clinton showing true colors. Is just the beginning of the "dirty" campaigning.

"...my opponent makes speeches. I offer solutions". This is Senator Clinton's assertion in an attack on Sen. Obama's true motivations. Last week Clinton was challenging Obama to the stage for yet more debates, there have already been a record 18 debates between the Democratic nominees. Obama's reluctant to waste time name slaying seemed to annoy the Clinton team as a Wisconsin ad was launched noting, "Barak Obama still won't agree to debate in Wisconsin".

Clinton spent the whole week and weekend trying to slow Obama's momentum by calling him "all talk and no action". She wants to continue the talk about the health care plan- why. That was discussed in North Carolina just play the tape. If her tactic was analyzed one might think Clinton needs a second round (or 19th round literally) in order to get it right. There's no fact in her claim fact that Obama's plan leaves people out: It's straight forward, everyone as the affordable option. When you have an accessible option u are not left out. As for immigrants, why wouldn't a president first serve their citizen then cover the passerby. Besides anyone versed on Clinton's performance with health care plans during her husbands reign, might be cautious about her strategies.

An ad in Ohio suggested, "Maybe he'd prefer to give speeches than have to answer questions". That's assuming there are worthy questions left to ask. Clinton makes references to Maytag and Exelon, two scenarios that occurred in Illinois and she wants to confront these issues in front of an out of touch north sitting neighbor- what do the neighbors know.
Cornell Belcher, Obama's pollster say's "His [Obama's] campaign is taking on the look and feel of a movement. This isn't just politics anymore". This doesn't suggest that Obama is ducking critical issues, it only warns that there is a better way to ambush the public with facts, policies and government "stuff".

Clinton's chief strategist, Mark Penn claims Obama is in the "promise business" and that Clinton is in the "solutions business". That is a heavy claim considering Sen. Clinton promised not to be a supporter of the war. Of course that's just it, she "promised" not to support the war but the "solution" was the war. Gotta watch that Clinton rhetoric.
Meanwhile, Obama and his campaign will be participating in town hall meetings, holding community debates and talks and making appearances at businesses and unions. Oddly, the itinerary sounds more productive than playing ego tag with Clinton.
