View on Voting

My view on voting.

One thing that really makes me mad is the fact that if your talking about your choice of presidetial nominee to a person who is against your canidate they always try to change you. Why would you say you supported that canidate if you still were thinking about who you wanted to endorse. It just doesn't make sense. Just like those signs that tell you that one family is for this canidate while the other is for the other canidate. O.K. No one really cares. All your doing is putting a sign in the yard that says who you support.

I almost garuntee that it will not influence someone to change their vote and I consider it a waste of time. Did you notice that I haven't been using canidates names? I haven't because if I say I support Barack Obama or John McCain ten I'll get tons of angry comments from readers who think that I should vote for the other guy. I will probably get a comment just for putting Barack Obama in front of McCain. C'mon seriously?

Can't we just accept that peoples veiws vary and not turn every election into a battle? Another thing that makes me mad is that no one follows the rule separation of church and state. Why can no canidate not bring religion into the elections. People shouldn't decide who they want to vote for based on religion, that's just wrong. So if you decide to vote, vote not by race, religion, or sex, but by down to earth issues.
