We need to be like the rest of the world
With B. Hussein Obama and his wife telling us that we need to live like the rest rather than Americans I have asked the following questions.
Has B. Hussein Obama and his family done this? Categorically, "No." In fact their home, given to them for unspecified political favors, is far above the decadence of most Americans. Only a small portion of the "Evil Rich" live better, making him a part of the "Evil Rich". But then, this is true of most of the radical left. His pastor lives in a home that all but the most decadent in Hollywood and Wall Street, a home paid for by regular working stiffs in his congregation most of whom probably live on less than $50,000 a year as he took their money and complained how whitey was shafting them. His wife's job amounts to lobbying without registering and influence peddling.
But let's go one step further on this path. B. Hussein Obama and the ilk he travels with claim they are leading the country into the future. But they are not a part of it, they are the leaders. They are the Proletariat in Marxist theory who will lead the masses to the future. They will oppress those who oppose it until they come into line in deed and thought. If the left's political agenda is not communist it is not communist in name only! The dictatorship is only a slippery slope away.
If you doubt this, check the following quotes which are first and foremost nothing but thinly veiled assaults on freedom of speech and the press starting with the reinstitution of the fairness doctrine. Although B. Hussein Obama has not spoken out on the fairness doctrine his fellow traveler Democrats have.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi told reporters that the Democratic caucus was interested in bringing back the Fairness Doctrine.
Senator Richard Durbin has said "It's time to reinstitute the Fairness Doctrine.”
Senator John Kerry has said, "Well, I think the Fairness Doctrine ought to be there..."
The fairness doctrine would be the most serious assault on free speech since the Russian Suppression of the Hungarian revolution of 1956. It is interesting that no Republican appears in this list, and I can find no such report, while Democrats claim to be the champions of free speech. I will submit that they are the champions of filthy speech, taking up any cause in that area but seeking to suppress the free market of ideas under the guise of promoting it, which is nothing more or less than a bare faced lie. Their only cause is to eliminate talk radio because it has not been an effective arm of the Liberal Collective. After all, if you all think the same, talk the same, act the same and get your thoughts from the liberal collective, why would liberal talk radio not fail? There is nothing to discuss because thoughts are dictated by the collective!
B. Hussein Obama would bring us mass transit to eliminate the automobile and it's inherent evils like Europe and the Far East. I somehow think he has no knowledge of the geography of the areas. Mass transit works in cities. It does not work in rural areas. America has grown because of transportation and communication. Farmers (serfs to the Obama crowd who think they cling to their bibles and guns) can live on the land and grow crops. They need not travel to the city for cultural events. These are for the intelligentsia in the city. I believe we need to use mass transit more but somehow we need to not take away the transportation we need to force the population to move to what the proletariat (the Obama's, Reed's and the Kerry's) think we need to do. They are in their own minds the ones who need to set policy, we are to obey. This is communism!
B. Hussein Obama thinks we need to eat less and inflate our tires. I agree. But neither of these will fix the energy crisis nor will it even make a dent, but we should do them. We should also adjust our thermostats, insulate our homes, turn off our Malibu lighting except when we are using the area, convert stage lighting from incandescent to either arc, fluorescent or LED. Yep, Hollywood and drive by media, get on the ball. For those who don't know, these people who are telling you to use Compact Fluorescents are using the very incandescent lighting they are telling you not to use BECAUSE IT COSTS THEM LESS! And their lights are rated in thousands of watts, not watts. And BTW, they air condition out the heat of these lights. The air conditioner burns about a kilowatt for every two burned in the lights. You spell the word for this crowd and the Obama's, hypocrite.
