Clinton Administration Agenda of Family Values and Gay and Lesbian
Rights, pressed forward with the introduction of Senate Bill 96699,
co-written by Senator Hillary Clinton.
The sweeping legislation proposes to change Webster's New World
Dictionary definition of “marriage” to read: A voluntary state of union
between two or more people.
The Senior Statespersons also propose changing the definition of divorce,
intoxication, Whitewater and Chappaquiddick.
