Oh Government Where Art Thou

Topical political satire for the discerning reader.

How can it be that Mr brown and co can’t even keep tabs on two disk’s yet can give 25 billion to an ailing bank!

Is this a joke ?

Can it be that a Prime Minister who has never been to the polls, never got the peoples backing is capable of showing so incompetence, perhaps this 25th of December we should ask Santa for a new Prime Minister as an extra Christmas present.

Mr Brown would have us believe that all is well and that of course the government are doing their best to represent us and protect us from not only health problems but financial chaos so why oh why then can so many dependent families not rest assured that there identities are safe from the wolves out there that prey on the innocent..

We can however rest assured that heads will roll and this will never happen again! but which heads and who’s to blame ?will it be the usual spin given to us from the labour and the same faces still hold power… or in fact that the tooth fairy took them……or is Santa checking a new list twice.

In conclusion one can only wait and hope that these important and confidential disks can be found and that we as a people can overcome the ineptitude of our so called leader. Let us hope that lessons will be learnt and every child receives their benefit, I for one will not be sending my presents for Christmas via private courier… I’m sure a lot of people will feel the same.

An excellent piece of satirical humour, makes a nice change from Mr Brown speeches making us roll up with laughter!
Personally i think Ian Hislop should keep tight reins on his job, well done.
