<![CDATA[good job breach, one critique though.  where you say '"History" has returned and with it nationalism and economic competition are stronger than ever.'... i think you are wrong about nationalism. i personally feel that geopolitics and brinkmanship has replaced nationalism in policy, but i do think nationalism is what govermnents use to justify their actions and garner support from their constituencies.
