This has caused a great deal of conflict in my life and a massive amount of debt. About a month ago, I stumbled upon a writing sight called triond. I began to write not realizing what it was doing to me.

It has helped me deal with the stress of being thirty-one and not having a clue about what I want to do.

For a long time I had written poetry regretfully which has been lost in the shuffle. Now I admit I am a writer and this is my destiny. I may not be the best at it but I love it. The most difficult thing for me is my grammar. When I firsts started submitting stuff a lot of it was being rejected. In addition, I was not really writing with my heart. Eventually I would like to be able to quit my job and write fulltime. Granted that will take a while. I would like to start a writing group for novice writers like me who want exposure but are new to the scene. My goal is to bring everyone together to promote a sense of unity and a better way to express one’s self than say violence. If you are extremely upset with someone, why not write about it rather than take it out on someone. Imagine the difference we can make if we truly start to express how we feel in a positive way. One of our basic rights that I feel great pride in is my freedom of speech.

We live in a democracy even thou some people would like to take those rights away from us. I voted for John McCain what right do you have to make threats against me or anyone else because of that right.

Anyways we need to band together as writers who will look after each other and take care of each other no matter what are differences are we have one common goal that is to make the world a better place.

This article is my way of reminding myself, and hopefully those who read, really read it, that we are a Christian founded nation, founded under God. That is the God of the Jew and Christian. Freedom has been our theme since the beginning. It is this freedom that allows others who do not believe in the God of the Jew or Christian to worship as their heart dictates. Our God does not force others to worship Him, nor should His followers force others to worship Him. Some say it is tolerance, but it is not so, it is truly the essence of freedom.

Our nation has seen greatness far beyond any other, of time. Its greatness comes from that freedom under God. There are those who wish God be removed. Others want that also but they want any reminder of that history of ours to be removed along with God. Yet they still want to call that freedom. In no nation of this world does there exist freedom in the framework as they desire. No where. We live this freedom due to the worshipful nature of our founding fathers knowledge that no nation of democracy can stand without this God. The very existence of our nation economy demand the rule of law as founded in the Ten Commandments. Remove God and in effect you remove law as we have known it since our foundation of 1776 and those foundling years. When profit becomes the driving force of business, when the lack of incentive is lost in our people, when complacency rules our acceptance of wrong deeds, and self indulgent sin dictates to others which laws should exist, those leading the charge will claim tolerance for all while destroying the rights of any who seem to stand in their way, for the good of their cause.

Oh, say can you see, by the dawn's early light.I will offer a warning to all who oppose the living God. The warning concerns God and His relationship to the United States of America and Israel. The people of Israel for most of mankind's history have been His People. They were chosen to be the path by which God would bring about reconciliation between the fallen mankind and Himself. So in the context of that statement, all men of all times, past and future, share this path common to all. As far the United States of America, I think it is inarguable that God has played a dynamic role in its success as a Nation, and as a leader of Nations worldwide. Its people enjoy the highest level of almost any material, resource, freedom, opportunity and living. No other people has ever achieved such monolithic heights for all its people who want to accept their rights to achieve. Here is the warning: remove God from this nation, turn your back on Him, turn your back on Israel and you will surely lose this nation's greatest gift to its people: FREEDOM.

We recently went through a traumatic presidential election, very hard on either side of our choices. In reality, no one lost, no one won for you see, it is God who is in charge, not little man. We got the presidential leader we as a nation deserve at this time of our history. The selection of a leader for God's people (that would also include a nation) has always been God's. He has always given us one we deserve, He did this time. The future path of this nation is being laid out even as I write this. Whether that path leads toward the objectives of my warning, or not, will determine our continued greatness or our ultimate failure. We remain great only as long as our path protects our freedom and supports Israel.

Oh, say can you see, by the dawn's early light.May we never go through a night, wondering if our flag is still there. Oh, say, does that star-spangled banner yet waveO'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?

Yesterday American's claimed they didn't have a prejudice bone in their body.  But today I received emails of people disgusted about waking up to an African American president.  Is this what it takes to have some Americans show their true colors?   My wife called me this morning to tell me someone already tried to shoot the president.  What happened to red, white, and blue?    America needs to stand together just like we did with all the other presidents.  We have learned through years of experience and history that color doesn't matter, or does it? If you are furious about results from the election then you need to take a look at your true motives, and source of your anger.  If this describes you then I say; where was the anger yesterday.  This country is not run on color, its run on the blood, sweat and tears.  This country is run on people who believe in a free country.  This country is run on the foundation united we stand and divided we fall.  Yet we will have people that are upset about our commander in chief.  This man is now the new backbone of our country. So now I say to everyone what will America do now?   

Apparently they have the new money all printed up and everything but lets just toy with this idea, for a moment or two, as if it were truly hypothetical and not a realistic fact. What would that mean EXACTLY?

What would that mean for us as Americans? What would happen to our wounded constitution should they annex the US into The North American Union? What would happen to our time honored laws, freedoms and economy? The Social Security fund is already bled dry in the US. US citizens are already left with no recourse but to purchase their own health and dental insurance or go without. Forty-eight million Americans are currently without health insurance because it's more cost effective for business owners to hire Mexicans, who are willing to work for practically nothing, hire students part time, at a reduced wage, and totally sidestep the benefits package in order to line their own coffers.

The US government has now okayed the seven hundred BILLION dollar buy out over Fanny Mae and other bank holdings to whose detriment? Well who do you think is going to toss the golden coins into that pot? The same people who have been financially supporting every unethical war the combined Bush boys have started, the same people who have unwittingly financed the Communistic movement around the globe for decades and are even now financing about 85% of abortions! WE THE PEOPLE!!! That's who!!! The unsuspecting tax payers get to purchase their own demise! They will take our taxes to build their mansions and then toss us to the wolves when we can't afford to pay our own bills! Indeed we may say the USA has become, and is in fact…the new ROME.

They work to establish one planet under their own rule…one government, one religion and there are those who say….”Well that will never happen! The people will not allow it!” Uh huh…how effective were the people when it came crunch time on gas prices? Fifty years ago, if we had told people that the government would jack gas prices up to over four dollars a gallon they would have responded EXACTY the same way and every bit as vehemently and yet here we are…gas prices so high we can't see the light of day beyond them!

And I'll just bet you there aint no “IN GOD WE TRUST” on that new money! If they dissolve the US…nothing that was once connected with the United States will be valid. The National Anthem, the Pledge Of Allegiance, the currency, the laws and correlating freedoms. And what of those who refuse to pledge allegiance to the new Gods of the land eh? What happens to them? They just have no country? They become traitors, enemies of the state, slaves, prisoners or worse? Dick Cheney didn't oversee the construction of those concentration camps for family vacatio0ns trips I can tell you that much! 200,000 people per camp! Someone has plans for slave camps and bondage!!!

This election scares me right to death because no matter who holds office today or tomorrow…the people are in far bigger trouble than they are even willing to realize. Please……please get out of debt. Please don't allow yourselves to be duped by propaganda and media trash. It's all a bunch of lies and half truths, orchestrated primarily to seduce, confuse and mislead the American people. Please….Please wake up and open your eyes to what's really going on around us.

While the American people were totally mesmerized by the whole Monica Lewinski/Clinton fiasco….our futures were being decided without our knowledge or consent, at the UN Summit Conferences in Turkey. Hillary Clinton and her skanky Women's Caucus were there spitting on people, shouting profanities and pushing abortion laws, laws on family, daycare, household incomes and the list goes on. Thanks to them we no longer have freedom to our children…our babies actually belong to the government, to do with as they see fit, at almost any given time. People who do not support abortion are the ones who get tossed into the can for speaking out. So much for the Freedom of Speech eh?

A minute portion of the population are the ones who abhor God in our schools, God on our currency and God in our assemblies and yet we are forced to cater to those small people, who make up less than a 20 percentile of our national body. It's a magic trick on a very large scale. It's their intention to keep your attention on the one hand, while the other hand is altering your lives and lifestyles forever.

They have passed laws through the Supreme Court, that most people never even know exist, until a situation arises, which directly places them beneath the scrutiny of that specific amendment. We are a Communist Country and have been for decades…they just have had us so preoccupied with food, sex, drugs, alcohol and entertainment, we've been too damn stupefied to realize it!!! Sadly…the truth is…most people don't seem to care. As long as they can have their porn, drugs and alcohol and idols…they don't really give a fig what the government is doing with their lives and freedoms. Some care when it comes to their hard earned tax dollars but feel helpless to exact real change.

Please…please don't just lay down and allow the government to roll over the top of you…of us. Please…please stand up and take note and refuse to just accept every new law…every lost freedom, no matter how small it may seem. Just the seatbelt law is actually a huge infringement on our own rights to choose.

Please open your eyes and again declare, “Give me liberty or give me death!!!” Benjamin Franklin once said, “Any man who sacrifices even the least freedom for a degree of security is deserving of neither one.” Please…please remember this is supposed to be the land of the free and the brave…not the stupefied and depraved. Please remember liberty, integrity, honesty, virtue and benevolence when you make your choice to vote. Not that there is anyone to vote for, who truly encompasses, let alone embraces, any of these attributes but in the days to come…remember that this is who we are supposed to be and it's these qualities that will save us from the beast, by the hand of God, in the end.

We the people of the United States need to do something. In my eyes the US flag is upside down we are in trouble and need to take control of our nation again. With computers and technolgy at its highest compacity its time to reunite as a people and bring the our goverment to our understanding. Taxes and other monys are being miss used and our troops are fighting battles we do not approve of. If we do approve them they are not being fought the write way in the public eyes. Wall street is corrupt, the goverment in tow with them, and last but not least the corprations are ruling our contry. Why are we the people sitting back and letting this happen is there not any one who wants to live in a place they are proud to be in. For instance most everything is made in china.

Why is that because they say its cheaper. Corprations have the monoplies on everything and have made laws to protect them. I remeber when things were made here in the US, it made us proud. Now its even hard to start a buisness with all the laws in place restricting free enterprise. My country, that my fourfathers have fought for and all the rights and freedoms are beign lost its tiime for us as a people to take it back says hillbilly herman.

Who is it then that gets to decide which groups are terrorists and what criteria are they using? This becomes increasingly confusing when you look at different militant groups from different regions and eras. For example, what differences are there between Hezbollah, the Lebanese Shi’a Islamic political and paramilitary organisation, and the French Resistance, which formed during the Second World War to fight against the Nazi occupation?

Both are or were national movements defending their sovereign territory from foreign occupation. Both used similar tactics of assassinations and bombings which are considered to be terrorist tactics of ‘unlawful violence’ as opposed to ‘lawful acts of war’ according to those who attempt to define it. The only real difference between the two is the use by Hezbollah of suicide attacks; a concept quite alien to European and American culture although they themselves have histories of human sacrifice for national causes.

Maybe then it is not such much what you do as who you know? Hezbollah is a sworn enemy of Israel, who in turn is a close ally of the USA and who in turn is a close ally of the UK. Strangely enough these three countries account for three of the six which consider it to be a terrorist organisation.

Hezbollah is also supported by Iran and Syria neither of which is likely to be invited to a White House garden party any time soon. It would seem an obvious conclusion that this more then anything helped Hezbollah achieve terrorist group status.

By labelling a group or organisation as terrorists you seek to undermine the legitimacy of their cause, depicting them as immoral or unjustified. Whoever uses the term is aligning themselves to a particular side. Quite simply in its modern day usage anyone who uses violence against you is a terrorist whatever their purpose or ideology. The Palestinians fire rockets or launch a suicide attack against Israel and are denounced by the Israelis as terrorists. The Israelis respond by bulldozing refugee’s homes and killing civilians in military attacks and are in return also denounced as terrorists by the Palestinians.

All acts of violence are intended to terrorise and intimidate people so surely anyone who engages in violence is a terrorist. Once terrorism was seen as an attack on Governments and society but now we have state-sponsored terrorism and entire countries condemned as terrorists. Where is the dividing line between ‘unlawful violence’ and ‘legitimate acts of war’ when civilians are killed in order to liberate them and governments indulge in kidnapping and torture, although now re-branded as extra-ordinary rendition, and detain people for years without trial.

Has a word that is liberally used to conduct wars and violate international law now lost all its meaning since it was first coined to describe the nineteenth century anarchists who embraced its label? It is easy to understand why the notion of a war on terror or terrorism is highly controversial to some people. There is no tangible enemy in a war on terrorism, when anyone who is an enemy is also a terrorist. It gives governments a license to attack anyone for any reason and then to use terrorism as an excuse to hide their truer hidden motives.

It's now 2008 and the year is more then half way over and still with so many unanswered questions and the lost of why we are fighting anymore. In America we are told we have freedom, we have rights and we have more privileges then any other country, So why are we having what they call freedom taken away and our rights? Rest the souls who tried to help our country for the better, but we sit here with more and more things taken away.

Why hasn't more people stood up for our rights and talked out about what our economy needs. We watch this government of ours spend our money that supposedly we don't have, but yet rebuild anther country. We use to have this freedom of speech right, but the over all outcome is that it's been taken away from us. Americans have to sit back and suffer why our government decides others need the money and help more then we do.

We have this election going on as we do every 4 years and it's the same old story being told every time this happens. Everyone who has ran for our president has said they will make a change, but what change were they really talking about? They say they will help with our health care coverage, but does that mean to raise the prices and get less coverage? For the working family they get less acknowledgment then those who choose to do nothing with their lives.

Growing up I bet a lot of people have been told you always have a choose. But when we start talking about making ends meet, feeding our families, keeping a job that isn't going to decide they are closing their doors, or unafordable coverage for our health. What chooses do we really have.

The real estate market is dropping at a rapid speed and they just now decided they would do a little something.

I think it's time that politics get put to the side and their ego and help the ones who help them get into office and pay them to do what's right for us.

we are not teaching our children to do and be their best but teaching them how to beat the system, find and exploit the loop-wholes, lie, cheat, steal from one another and how to be whiney, greedy, manipulative, suspicious beings. We even emphasize that negotiations doesn't mean to compromise anymore but to force ones will upon another using fear to obtain your goals as is depicted in all of William Shatner's commercials for Priceline, constantly aired on CNN channel twenty nine in California.

According to the INDC Journal issued February 28, 2005 posted by Bill “36% say Roe VS Wade should be overturned, 66% believe first term abortions should be legal, 70% are against late term abortions and 90% of abortions take place in the first trimester.” I heard Senator Obama say “I don't want my girls to have to pay for a mistake,” during one of his recent talks on abortion. I don't think anyone likes paying for mistakes they make but its called responsibility and accountability to which everyone should be held for the choices they make good or bad, or as Senator Obama put it “mistakes.” I find their analysis hard to believe since most Christians and Catholics are against abortions and supposedly America has more Christians and Catholics then anything else here. Abortions should not be necessary with all of the people wanting to adopt waiting in line which could provide good homes to children they do want. But most all boys and girls know right from wrong by the time they are twelve years of age today so there should be no real excuse for not being responsible and accountable. One of the major problems we have today is that no one wants to be responsible or accountable for their own mistakes and as long as we continue to enable this attitude in people nothing can ever change because this epidemic stems from the Presidency all the way down to the poorest person in America today.

Responsibility and accountability is a state of mind and it is in the knowing that you are responsible and accountable to someone somewhere. The American leaders have a great responsibility first and foremost to its people and are accountable to the people of America; just as every individual is accountable to their deity first, if they have one, their family second and all else next as well as responsible for the provision, care and teachings of their family members. The one responsibility every American citizen seems to forget is to hold their leaders accountable each and every quarter or every three months a currant report should be demanded to be made public.

But the fact remains that the world is under the impression that we Americans live a harmonious life with true freedom while the reality is we won't ever achieve true freedom until we can be responsible, accountable and accept as well as respect every difference and shortcoming yet work together for the same common goals. Then and only then shall we have true freedom.

Both Tibet and the Dalai Lama have established some sort of image of peace in the West. Through their suppression by the Chinese years ago and the movie "Seven Years in Tibet", the Western world has created a fixed image of both the region and its spiritual leader. The truth is though, that this image is both flawed and outdated. But it is hard to eradicate, as it is more widespread than real knowledge about the area. One can compare it to the fact that most Westerners think that sushi is raw fish. Sushi is actually the rice with vinegar. It would be like people thinking that pasta is the sauce of spaghetti. But the image persists.

I do not say that in the past there were no times where China made mistakes and Tibet was treated wrong. But this conflict can now only be solved through political dialogue. It is way past the time where there is one party that is in total right and multiple things have happened. You can't pick a side unbiased and the tangled situation should be dissected, rather than tumbled over to one side.

The Tibetan "Freedom" movement gets supported, but is that really what this movement is all about? I'll tell you why I sincerely doubt that giving them what they want, will solve problems rather than create them.

Firstly; they used violence to attack the Olympic games. The Olympic games are a series of peaceful events, who have absolutely nothing to do with the question. On the contrary, the spirit of the Olympic games is to put aside your differences and compete in sports even though you may be at war politically. This means that these Tibetans harm innocents just for their cause. I frown upon this, as I don't trust people to establish a free environment, when they will harm people's freedom just to grasp power. Secondly; the riots had no clear cause. This means that only the liberation of Kosovo and the leap for independence by Taiwan (which failed of course) incited a feeling that now was the right time to grab power. After all we are talking about a highly hierarchic society. The Chinese will also never fall for the Dalai Lama's cry for independence, because the Buddhists are spread all the way to inner Mongolia. Giving the Tibetan Buddhists freedom would mean that the others deserve it too and China would lose a third of its territory. The last point I will make is the strongest. China is a non-religious state. I mean that there is no state religion and every Foreign influence by a religious leader or influence from a worldly leader in Chinese religion is considered illegal. It is either the first or second paragraph of the Chinese constitution. This is a good thing. But instead the West will "free" Tibet and place it under the rule of fundamentalist Buddhists who will make Buddhism the state religion. What will happen to the non-Buddhist Han Chinese and the Muslims in that part of the country? They will be suppressed both politically and religiously. It's like China has a hammer and hits Tibet. Then it is quiet for a while then Tibet starts to whine. Then the West would come and give the hammer to Tibet so they can hit China. How stupid is that. The right way to handle is to try to take the hammer away from China and let them apologize and shake hands.

I rest my case, do as you like, but if you don't want a war between fundamentalist Muslims and a fundamentalist Buddhist state, you should think twice before you shout "Free Tibet".
