By now, many of you have probably heard the story: a Wal*Mart worker on Long Island was killed by a stampeding mass of customers on Black Friday. The poor victim was working near the doors at 5a.m. when the store opened, and people rushed in to get the best early-morning deals. Other workers were also injured in the mess as they tried to help their companion get back on his feet. A total of four others were ultimately taken to a nearby hospital. To make matters worse, customers proceeded to get angry when police shut the store following the incident!

Now, police are seeking out those involved in the incident to prosecute the shoppers who let the worker be crushed to death. Local investigators have spent hours reviewing surveillance videos of the incident trying to identify which individuals were directly responsible for the death. After all, with hundreds flooding through the doors, it’s hard to determine who should be put on trial for the death. Some say the store itself is responsible, claiming the Wal*Mart should have had better security in place. Others believe no one is to blame. According to them, in a mob mentality, individuals cease to be accountable for their actions. Does this imply shopping is the same as joining a mob? Have our malls become battleground?

Ultimately, the Wal*Mart incident raises one more pressing question: what is this season coming to? Are we so concerned about saving money that we are willing to hit, kick, and even kill one another to get the best deals? Many people cite the current economic downturn as adding fuel to the Black Friday fire. However, the Wall Street Journal actually reported there was LESS frenzy this year as people decided to buy less for the holidays. Others estimate that more people chose to shop their Black Friday deals online than show up at the stores themselves.

If reports like this are accurate, it means less people caused more havoc than we’ve ever seen. It truly is a shame that personal well-being falls victim to a desire to save a few dollars. Should those involved in the Al8Mart tragedy be prosecuted for their ignorance and selfishness? Everyone has their own opinion on that. One thing is certain, though, a holiday gift cannot truly be given from the heart if it was bought at the expense of another human being’s life.

Madness in Somalia: Young Rape Victim Stoned by Islamic Militants

A thirteen year old girl was stoned to death in Somalia after she said she was raped. Islamic militants accused her of adultury, that is horrendous and tragic. There is absolutely no logic to murder whatsoever. The sickest thing is that no evidence was presented that could corroborate the adultery accusations.

According to my source, there were 1,000 or more witnesses to this tragedy and nobody stepped up in the girl's defense. What is this world coming to, what has happened to the hearts of mankind? A girl gets raped and she is put to death for it, what kind of warped mind finds justification in that?

This is not the dark ages, I am utterly sickened by the heartlessness of many in our modern world. The stoning is madness, no matter what excuse people give. I mourn the death of this innocent child, as anyone with a heart would.

I cannot stand silent while victims are brutalized and killed for speaking out against those that victimize them. Women in countries around the world suffer, die, and are forgotten because their society is stuck in the mindset that women are somehow less worthy of life than their male counterparts, double standards and sexism leads to depravity such as the murder in Somalia.

Equality and life is a God given right, no man has the right to rob another human being of that basic right. My condolences to the family of this young woman, God rest her soul

OJ Simpson: The Truth

Have you ever wondered what happened to OJ Simpson because I have. He was tried in the Court of Law and was found guilty. Do ever wonder why can't the judges make up their mind if he is guilty or not? Well I am just sick and tired of hearing about this trial. It has been going on for about 13 years. I think he is innocent first of all there should be a re-trial because the jury's were biased, they were trying to make a “wrong” “right”, and that he just went to get his things that was his.

First of all I think that OJ is innocent because the jury was biased. These people who tried OJ were white haters. They had no love for OJ or pity. So instead of listening to both sides of the story these fools make their own opinion before the trial started. Also the law says that “All criminals are innocent until proven guilty. What happened to that? Did they try to put their differences a side before trying him? On CNN there are even facts there that prove that of all the jurors that most were white one Hispanic and one black. This is a very touchy case; won't you want a fair trail? Quote from the daily news journal “The defense portrayed Simpson as a victim of shady characters who wanted to make a buck off his famous name, and police officers who saw his arrest as an opportunity to “get” him and avenge his acquittal”. The media knows the truth but do the courts do? Wouldn't you want a fair trial?

Secondly, they tried to make a “wrong” a “right” because 13 years ago, OJ Simpson was accused of murdering his wife and a friend of his wife. All the evidence was there he purchased a knife the same size of the murder weapon and the even you used to assault his wife. Now when the trial came they wanted to have a “little pay back” because most of those people thought that he was guilty and it is true that he murdered his wife and his wife's friend brutally. The judge was also was definitely not thinking “fair and balanced”. I can bet you that they were not really listening to the case but how much they hate him for killing two innocent people and how they want the put OJ Simpson in jail for a very long time. By the way, wouldn't you want a fair trial?

Lastly, he just we just went to get his things. I agree that he went about the wrong way to get his things back but these were HIS things and he was just frustrated. I have a question for you let's say that you have some of your things that are very important to you and people were selling it for lots of cash. Would you just sit there and not do anything. Won't you try to get it back? Then when you go to court and people do understand that. This is would be horrible in OJ case it was sport's memorial. In my opinion I would say that he is not guilty but just a really frustrated person would most likely do the same. Wouldn't you want a fair trial?

In conclusion, I would like to think that OJ is innocent the facts of the trial show that OJ has a better chance of being innocent because all his charges against him all have a reasonable explanation he may not be completely correct but he is more correct than he is wrong. He only went to get his things, and the whole trial was totally biased. So I believe he is innocent. If you were OJ wouldn't you want a fair trial?

Woman Beheads Man in India

I just recently read about a woman from India that beheaded a man she said was stalking her. I do not think taking the law in your own hands is appropriate, if you are being stalked, call the police. What is this world coming to when a person takes it upon themselves to dish out their own justice without even allowing the police to investigate first?

It is a sad state of the world we live in, stalkers, murderers, crimes of all kinds, I find it appalling.

Whatever happened to natural human compassion? Loving your neighbor? I have asked that question in a couple other articles. Any decent human being on God's green earth knows about compassion.

If they are more than just decent, they actually put that compassion into practice.

Unfortunately though, more and more people are becoming cold, and as you can see the consequences can be tragic.

Even if the man was stalking the woman as he was accused of, he still deserved the decency of law enforcement and a trial, not someone's vigilante justice. I send my condolences to his family, even if he was guilty of stalking the woman, nobody's life should be taken so coldly.

Apparently, the woman was grotesquely proud of the grisly murder she committed.

She walked through the market in her Indian village with the severed head in hand for all to see.

When asked, the woman said she had no remorse, I can somewhat sympathize with her if it truly was self defense, but her behavior afterward leaves me skeptical of that claim.

Stressed to the Point to Kill

It is a sad day when you read the news and you see that a Father kills his family, because he could not find a job and the stress was just to much. This is not a secluded incident this is happening more and more with each passing week.

We need to find a way to prevent this, yes, people are being laid off with each passing day and the stress is overbearing and at times you do feel like there is no end to bad news or bad luck. Intervention is needed , I think it would help if a company would have classes for their laid off workers or a transition counselor, so the shock and panic of not having a job anymore can be dealt with.

Taking the life's of your family is not the answer and no one should ever feel that is the last road to take, have we forgotten how to be compassionate and caring people? Regardless of how big the company is, there are people with feelings and families to be taken care of.

We are bailing out all of the big corporations however we are not doing anything for the common people they talk about bailing out homeowners, well how about people with car notes that are behind and food they can't buy? It is not only homeowners that need help with the way things are today, if you are going to help one set of people then help them all, do not discriminate, just because we do not own homes does not mean that we do not need help.

It gets very tiresome listening to the news night after night hearing about the Homeowners need this and that, it still bothers me since you knew before you signed those loan papers for that house you could not afford it so now everyone wants to cry foul play, I am not saying that there are not some people out there that were taken for a spin with crooked loan companies, however not every single person who purchased a home from 2004 till present were scammed like the media and everyone would like us to believe.

I truly believe that people that are not strong willed, will take the life's of their loved ones thinking that is the easiest way to take care of the situation on hand and it will make everything better, they are not thinking with a clear mind, stress and more then likely depression has set in, I am sure they are showing signs and silently crying out for help, but no one is really listening and that is a shame for all of us.

Who is Obama?

It has come to my attention that many people are gunning for Barrak Obama. They want him in office because he represents change people feel they need in the US.

Does anyone take time to really research the type of changes Obama truly represents? Have any of you researched partial birth, live baby abortions lately because that's what Barrak Obama and his lovely wife, not only endorse and promote, but are fighting tooth and nail to protect!

They induce labor, and this procedure can be performed at any gestational stage of the pregnancy, then deliver all of the baby's body but the head. Leaving the head inside the vagina, the baby is alive and moving at this point…perfectly fine…the doctor then takes a pair of scissors and stabs them into the brain stem of the baby at the back of the head and shoves the scissors up into the baby's brain. If this doesn't kill the child the doctor then inserts a powerful suction tube and sucks out the baby's brains. Many of these live birth abortion victims are actually tossed into the trash while still breathing, still alive to suffer and die in a trash can!!!

Since when is this type of barbaric and brutal activity legal, acceptable and ethical? A drug addicted mother can give birth and toss her baby in the trash can, still alive at least for a while and then she is sentenced to prison for murder but as long as you go and have a doctor pull your child from the womb and then cram scissors into your baby's brain that's ok!!!! Baby's that would live, if taken to the nursery and loved, are tortured, mutilated and discarded for trash by doctors who have taken a solemn oath to do no harm!!!

When people like Barrak Obama are actually preferred to the likes of George Bush…a barbarian and tyrannical dictator in his own right but still a far cry better than Barrak Obama, then we as a people are in BIG, BIG trouble! When a society that is supposed to be the most advanced and civilized on the face of the earth says to Pharaoh, “Come….take our babies and murder them we don't care!” you can expect great plagues and destruction to follow.

So people….when we hear about the Avian Flue pandemic, Aids, the Ebola Virus along with others…when we sit in our homes trembling with fear for our lives against foreign bodies and violent enemies…just be aware that God is teaching us what it feels like to be these innocent little babies we are butchering at will on a daily basis! It's called the killing of the innocents and we have the Romans and the Egyptians beat hands down in barbarism and butchery now. When we hear of these terrible things which are surely coming for us, just know that we have brought this upon ourselves with blatant corruption and disregard for the sanctity of human life. As you lay in your beds writhing with pain and illness, know we've brought this upon ourselves and die.

The world has become an ugly awful place and we have built that great and spacious building of wickedness, corruption and destruction with our own self centered, irresponsible hands! If you don't want to get pregnant then try being virtuous, modest and observe a wiser, more mature code of moral ethics. Stop droppin' em for anyone who wants a little…or a lot! It's not these innocent little children who are to blame for our lust and perversion! They should not have to pay the ultimate price for mommy's immaturity and irresponsible behavior!

There are thousands of people out there who desperately want newborns to love and raise but people, of less than no conscience, would rather torture and mutilate these sweet little babies rather than face the consequences of their own immorality, give birth then hand the baby healthy and happy to people who will love it. How ridiculously barbaric and nonsensical is that?! And we actually dare to make claims as to being the greatest nation on the Earth? OH PLEASE!!!! We are about to find out just how God truly feels about that and those who don't believe in God? Hold on to your panties sweetheart!!! It get's painfully bumpy from here for you. Stop Barrak Obama at any cost! Stand up and fight for something pure, moral and righteous for a change and keep that monster from taking office….if we can.

Son Kills Parents and Disposes Bodies in Cesspool

This horrific crime occurred in July 2008 in the small quiet beach side community of Warren Rhode Island. On July 28th 2008 the son of James Soares (age 60) and Marian Soares (age 53) is accused of killing his parents with a blunt garden hoe and disposing their bodies in their cesspool in their backyard! The couple died of head injuries and skull fractures.

Their son, James Soares Jr. is 24 years old and was living with his parents in their home. According to the local news channel James Jr. was under suspicion because of “a rocky relationship he'd had with his mother”.

It is unclear of a motive for this terrible crime besides disagreements and the rocky relationship with his mother. Whatever the motive this is a horrific murder that is difficult to comprehend whatever the motive might be. Once again; the accused is 24 years old and still living at home with his parents.

It is unclear if Soares has any history of mental illness. There was no history of abuse in the home.

Currently Soares is being held at the Rhode Island Adult Correctional Institution awaiting his bail hearing on Aug 8th. . When Soares appeared in court for arraignment he only stated his name, age and home of record when asked by the judge. He cannot afford a lawyer and is being provided a public defendant.

There is nothing that can justify this horrific crime. The police report does not report any sign of self- defense. It currently appears that this was premeditated murder.

According to Warren Police Chief Thomas Gordon the case is still on going and the investigation is not over just because there is an arraignment.

Can There be Peace for Karissa?

In January, about an hour away from my home, 12-year-old Karissa Boudreau was reported missing by her mother. She told the police that she and her daughter had had an argument and Karissa stayed in the car while she went into the grocery store. She stated that Karissa had never run away before but when she returned to the car, she was gone. Apparently she searched for three hours herself before reporting her daughter missing to the police. In a statement made to the public she said “Nothing can be done to make things better, but it's comforting to have support." My question to this was, wouldn't your daughter coming home make things better?

When I heard her statement I knew that there was something fishy going on. And my suspicions grew even more when a video from the grocery store parking lot surveillance camera was reviewed. It showed Karissa's mother leaving the car and going into the store, and even returning, but nobody else ever left the vehicle, and as far as the police could tell, there wasn't even anyone else in the car.

What is even more suspicious is that when the police found Karissa's body, it was lying on a bank which wasn't out of view of the public, which leads me to believe that somebody had placed here there for someone to find, just shortly before the sighting was reported.

When Karissa's mother made her statements to the public, she didn't act like she was in distress about Karissa being missing. When talking about her daughter, she didn't look at the camera like most people in search of their loved ones. Instead she looked down or closed her eyes. To me, this isn't normal.

Last week Karissa's mother was charged for murdering her daughter. The trial is set to begin shortly. This does not surprise me at all. I just knew that she knew something. The police must have quite a bit of evidence against her because they were holding off on charging anybody until they had solid evidence. As a human, and as a mother, I really hope that she is found guilty and gets a life sentence. There are many people in the world who can't even have children, and to take the life of your own, or anybody else's is absolutely disgusting. Hopefully this will all be over soon and Karissa will finally be able to rest in peace.

If It Wasn't South Africa

If any nation in Europe behaved towards immigrants

as has South Africa, the charges of racism would

ring out, and comparisons to Nazism would be

made.

From Algeria to Zimbabwe, the attacks against the

'racist', "chauvinistic", "savage" murders of

migrants would be condemned and of course it would

be "all white people" who are responsible.

When America responds to illegal immigration,

millions march in the street.

How dare America not give illegal immigrants full

health care!

In South Africa, immigrants are murdered. They are

murdered, their houses are burnt, and survivors are

chased out of the country.

Tens of thousands of immigrants are chased out of

South Africa in one incredible orgy of violence.

The rest of the world strives to explain, justify,

for after all, the South Africans are black. And

they are chasing black people out of South Africa.

What the Western world has got to understand is

that the race card is a gift. It is used by non-

white people as the justification/explanation/

for any and all acts. Any white person, from Sweden

to Sicily who objects to the influx of immigrants

is racist.

One need not reflect on realities of housing, of

pressure on resources, or of the conflict of

different cultures.

If a European objects to the discordant behaviour

of migrants s/he is of course, a Nazi. If the

lower classes of Europe complain they can't

find work as the jobs they might have gained are

filled by immigrants, many illegal, they are

described in the most offensive terms.

In South Africa, migrants are murdered, police slow

to act.

Because they can not play the race card, the

illegal immigrants have little recourse but to pack

up and go home.

The sentiments expressed in this article will no

doubt attract the apologists and attacks from those

who can not appreciate the fact that the Western

World has been plunged into this insanity of guilt

for nebulous reason.

A large segment of those of African decent who

arrived in the West via slavery maintain that as

the reasons for their current failures.

The fact they were sold by their African "brothers"

to other African "brothers" who sold them to

Europeans is nicely erased from their history.

It is always "White Man" fault.

Despite the fact that the majority of African

Leaders exploit and murder their people and are

kleptocrats of the lowest order, is held in silence

because the behaviour of a Mobutu or Mogabe can not

be blamed on the White Man.

Blacks living in the Western World are never in the

forefront of protest, whether Darfur or Kinshasa.

After all, the skin colour of the oppressor is his

most important facet and how would it look for a

black person to condemn another black person for

killing other Black People?

Verdict in the Sean Bell Case

Sean Bell was about to be married the night after he was shot. He and his friends (Trent Benefield and Joseph Guzman) were coming out of a club when they were shot by the police. They were at Sean's bachelor party when it happened. There were five detectives who shot them. Sean was shot 50 times and I don't have to tell you that he died. Joseph Guzman still has four bullets in him because of the shooting. Three of the police officers who were brought up on charges are Gescard Isnora, Michael Oliver and Marc Cooper. I wonder why the other cops weren't charged with the murder. They were fired instead of brought up on charges.

The Case and Verdict

The police claimed that they were in danger of the three men when they shot at them. They thought they heard one of them shout out that he had a gun. I find that really hard to believe since they were unarmed at the time of the shooting. The defense tried to convince the judge that the victims were the ones to blame in what happened. I wonder why the police didn't just fire warning shots if they felt that they were in real danger of getting killed themselves. Anyway, the prosecution was trying to prove that the cops didn't have to shoot them the way they did. Unfortunately, the judge didn't feel that way because he didn't find the defendants guilty of the shootings. The judge claimed that the witnesses weren't credible enough for him to find the cops responsible for what they did to Sean Bell and his friends.

Needless to say, Sean Bell's family is completely outraged by the verdict. I am not surprised that they are. There was no real justice served in this case at all. Now Reverend Al Sharpton wants to continue to fight for what happened. He wants to start a peaceful rally about it. I guess he wants to make sure that Justice will be served. I have a bad feeling that the rally is going to be anything, but peaceful. I really do hope that there aren't any more people who end up dying because of this incident.

My Thoughts

I was shocked but not really surprised that the three detectives were let off the hook. Was that really justice for them to walk away without really being punished? They were even suspended with pay so they weren't even suffering for what they did to the young men. I guess in all fairness, the cops did apologize for what they did, but it doesn't bring Sean Bell back to his child as well as his family. It's a shame that Sean Bell was gunned down when he was so young and had his life ahead of him. For those of you who didn't know, he was on 23 years old when he died. He also had a young child as well as a fiancée that he has to leave behind. He also leaves behind his other family members as well. To be fair, I don't know why he chose to be out that late at night when he was getting married the next day. I do think that he should have the right to stay out if he wants without worrying about being gunned down by the police.

This was reminiscent of the killing of Amadou Diallo, an African immigrant who was shot with 41 bullets by the police in 1999. The police mistook his wallet for a gun. Those officers were also acquitted. Is this going to be a pattern that is developing? Are people going to have to stay indoors in order to avoid being shot for no reason? I am not saying that all police officers are bad people because that's not true. There are some that are out there that are really making the other good police officers look really bad. How many more people have to die by the police before anyone does something to stop it?
