Opinions

An opinion! Everyone has one. We have an Opinion about the fuel prices, bout the food prices, about our government and ever about the individuals that are in the government.

There are even religious points that create opinions.

There is an opinion that really counts though and that is when you have an opinion and you put it into action. Such as; the fuel prices if you can't afford to pay the price don't pay it. Quit complaining about it. Just start walking or riding a bike or even the public buses.

The same with food prices. Quit complaining about it and stop buying junk food, candy, soda, chips, cakes; just purchase the food item that are necessary to create a meal. Such as vegetables or grow them for yourself, Limit meat. Make meals that are home made like stew and home made biscuits. There are things that are consumed every day that is not necessary to the human survival.

As for the government I can't give you any opinion because I am not much on politics.

As for Religion, well everything has been pre written, everything that has happened in the past will happen again.

Now we have a female running for president, but the 3rd world countries won't listen to her because of her gender. Then there is a man running for president that don't believe in God, there is a true mess, for with him we will loose our souls. Then there is one that is the beginning of the end and he will win, If he don't there will be controverters over race. If he dose it looks like the Anti-Christ has come.

When we stop and open our eyes and look at the world around use and stop going blindly threw life and do something about the problems in the USA, then and only then will we become united, start helping, stop the war, stop the hunger, stop the petty little feuds and start living and loving. Then will we all be united under God.

The Irony of the plethora of federal privacy bills now before Congress is that one of the biggest sources involved in the loss of personal data is. The federal government.

A House Government Reform Committee report says 19 different agencies have lost personal information since 2003, a tidal wave of 788 incidents involving the loss or compromise of personal information.
This does not include "hundreds of security and privacy incidents" at the Department of

Veterans Affairs, which reported earlier this year that a laptop containing information on 26.5 million military personnel had been stolen. Authorities later recovered the laptop, and, according to the FBI, none of the Social Security numbers and personal data had been copied.

Last year, an IRS employee reported a missing hard drive, a month after he'd last seen it. Other instances include: The Commerce Department says 1,137 laptops have been lost since 2001.

A laptop containing 30,000 records fell off a Navy recruiter's motorcycle. It was never recovered.

A hacker accessed the personal records of 1,717 employees of the National Nuclear Security Administration.

Two vendors stole 1,574 records from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

A contractor working for the Interior

Department lost information on 61,000 charge card holders.

Help Judicial Watch Enforce Our Immigration Laws

How can we expect to secure our borders when public officials continue to provide incentives for illegal aliens? Such policies only aggravate the problem. That's what happens when you reward people for breaking the law. You get more law¬breakers. Judicial Watch has a different approach to illegal immigration: Enforce the law!

When the Town of Herndon, Virginia voted to bankroll a day laborer site for illegal aliens with taxpayer funds, Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit to try to shut it down.
When the Bush administration tried to keep secret a Border Patrol survey that proved guest worker programs lead to an influx of illegal aliens, JW filed a lawsuit and forced its release.

JW is now in court against the Los Angeles Police Department over a policy that prevents police officers from inquiring about an individual's immigration status, allowing criminal illegal aliens to roam the streets. Don't depend on politicians to do the right thing. Help Judicial Watch enforce our nation's immigration laws. Learn about JW's illegal immigration programs

China Balks At Taking Immigrant Back

One of 44 Chinese illegal immigrants stopped and routed to the United States by the Coast Guard.

This summer, police in Donna, Texas, captured a group of illegal immigrants who were resting happily in a local hotel. Far from your run of the mill border jumpers, the six men and five women were well clothed, in good health, and had US currency. They were Chinese.

Each year about 100,000 Chinese aliens are smuggled into the United States. They are part of the growing flood of (other than Mexicans) traffic, slipping across the borders.

From 2001 through the first half of 2005, the some of 605,210 aliens were arrested for immigration violations. Such as the Chinese that often arrive by commercial jet or boat and are not stereotypical; immigrants. They are financially secure or even wealthy.

Well to do Chinese can pay up to $45,000 to fly directly into the United States with a case of expensive, foreign documents.

Less fortunate Chinese mix in with the Mexicans and Latin’s Americans coming across American’s porous Southwest borders. Their trip from China to the United States can take up to two years and may cost as much as $35,000.

Trying to send illegal back to China is very expensive and time consuming, assuming China takes them back. The Chinese are the largest population we have difficulty in returning. Secretary of Homeland Security has an agreement in principle for the two countries to resolve the backlog, but it has yet to yield results.

Of the 40,000 illegal Chinese immigrants that Washington currently wants to send packing, China took back only 522 in the past year. Over the last Five years, the Department of homeland Security has managed to deport only 2,580 Chinese nationals. By international agreement, countries must take back their nationals. China follows what it calls a checking first policy, meaning the United States must prove that Taiwanese are not mixed in before illegal will be accepted back into China. Even if China agrees to take all of its illegal back today, it’s far from certain that all of them will be found. Only about 50% of those 40,000 illegal Chinese immigrants are in jail or available for rounding up and deporting.

The cost of illegal immigration continues to mount, each Chinese held in a federal detention facility costs the US taxpayers $95 per day.

Anna Nichole's Death Part Three

If you have not already herd about Anna Nichole's death and the cause, you can find out now.

Anna Nichole was on a grate deal of prescriptions medication, mostly antidepressants. There was not a great deal of information given on the specific names of prescription medications.

Anna also suffered from a cold and was taking over the counter cold medication. (This was revealed but I will not reveal what kind, sorry.)

The combination and possibly the dosage that was taken reacted negatively together.
The reaction was similar to Met amphetamine overdose. However the actual met amphetamine chemicals were not present in her blood. They only found legal prescriptions and legal over the counter cold medication chemicals.

My advice to anyone on Antidepressants, Heat medication, Blood thinner, Pain killers or muscle relaxes is to ask your Doctor before mixing prescription medication with any over the counter medication.

If you are on prescription medication of any kind, Ask you Doctor or you Pharmacist before mixing a prescription medication with an over the counter cold medication.

Don't assume you can mix medications!!!

Drive Offs

This seems to be a problem as gas prices keep going up. Un-fortune-knightly this causes the cashier problems not the company. The company gets there money back by raising price on stock or gas, docking the cashiers pay and keeping incurrence out of reach for the cashiers.

Much like 37.5 hours won't get you incurrence, because you do not make 38-40 hours.

This is just part of it, if you are the cashier and you have too many drive offs' you get wrote up and to many write ups will get you fired.

Most drive offs happen when there are a lot of people in a small business. Meaning they are very busy and can't watch the pumps as closely because of other customers. This seems to be a common thing any more.

It dose not hurt the big companies, just the little people on the bottom. The prices continually rise because of theft and other reasons, greed. And it is hurting the environment, but that is another story.

A Disaster For The Us Military Personnel

The Democrats are standing in the way of President Bush's policy.

Nancy Palusey and other democrats are trying to blocking funds that would help to provide body armor and weapons to our military in Iraq,

The US military people are stuck over in Iraq fitting a war to stop the terrorist and the democrats are pulling out.

They want to abandon our military people over in Iraq.

Well, if they want to block funds to help the US military, then they need to bring our people home!

We did not start this war but we should finish it. President Bush is trying to help those that he sent over to Iraq, and Nancy Palusey is standing in the way. How would she feel if her child was over there without protection? How can we accomplish what we started if the funds are block from getting the supplies our military personnel needs?

Personally I don't understand WAR but I do understand that the terrorist hurt us first and we have to show them that the USA will not tolerate bad behavior. Just as you correct you child for bad behavior the terrorist has to be corrected for their bad behavior, and stopping funds that help our military is just giving in to a bad child, it teaches them nothing. Perhaps that is why we have so much crime no one wants to teach the bad child to behave.

Just thought people needed to know what is going on.

Anna Nichole Part Two

Her death was a surprise to all that that ever viewed her on television.

Anna Nichole died in Florida, February 2007.

The coroners' offices still have not found the cause of her death.

Anna Nichole had Two children, a son that died at the age of 20, last September 2006,in the Bahamas, from a drug overdose, and a 5 month old daughter, born in the Bahamas and presently living in the Bahamas, in the care of Howard Stern.

Howard has made no mention of the money the child should inherit, during any of this tragedy. He has made all efforts to provide for the child. It seems like he just wants what is best for the child.

The court hearing on where Anna Nichole should be buried was a joke, but it did prove to be just. The judge award Anna Nichole's body to her daughter, the nearest living relative. Leaving the world to believe Anna would be buried in the Bahamas.

When Anna's son died she bought two burial plots. Perhaps she did mean for herself to be in the other one. Anna had been very depressed since the death of her son. However she is still not buried.

There is a closed court hearing going on, over the custody of Anna's daughter.

Although they continue to collect blood from Anna's body they have not collected blood to prove who the father is. Howard has loved this child from the day she was born and has been there for the child threw this tragedy, only a father would do that, {unless}. His family has helped him to fight for where Anna wanted to be buried in the Bahamas.

Now it is up to the courts in the Bahamas to decide the fate of the child. It would not be fair for the mother to be buried in the Bahamas and the child to be moved to the USA. Personaly I feel the child should stay where she is; this is a familure place with familiure people.

The Death of Anna Nichole Smith

Her death took the world by surprise. On the last run of the news they say they can’t fine a reason why she died, well there is always a reason, and they just have to look harder.

As for the small child she left behind, every one is going to want her money.

Personally I think they should take precautions for the child. The government should step in to protect theft of the child money for the child’s sake and set up a trust account for the child to receive the money when she turns 21 years of age. Something like $2 plus million in a trust for the child, $500,000.00 in an account for [Medical] Medication, Doctors, Hospital, Emergencies, Dentist, Eye Doctors. And $1,000,000.00 for her upkeep, Clothing, Food, Toys, Housing, School. That is $4630.00 each month for the child to live on. A Trust account can be set up to automatically send out a check for the Childs care and upon submitting a medical bill it can also be paid. That is more than enough to have a decent life. Perhaps nothing glamorus, but a real good life any way. Even a poor person could raise the child on that.

I have no thoughts about the father of the child, accept for; the men should be more interested in finding out if the child belongs to the man rather than finding out if Anna was really the mother. That was a stupid thing for them to worry about; preserving the blood samples was the best Idea however.

I really feel for the child, and hope her life is stable and not passed from one place to another, I will pray for this child because I feel she will need allot of prayers for what is coming next in her life.

It really is a shame that this has happening to this small child.
