Dear Secretary Rice,

I respectfully request that you do not certify the votes of the electors from Maryland in the Electoral College unless and until you are satisfied, that Barack Obama is a lawful and eligible candidate to be President of the United States.

You may wish to obtain answers to following four questions:

1. Did Barack Obama travel to Pakistan in 1981?

2. If so, did he use an Indonesian passport to enter Pakistan?

3. If Obama entered Pakistan on an Indonesian passport at age 20, did he subsequently take the oath of allegiance to regain his U.S. citizenship before a diplomatic or consular officer or the Attorney General, or the Judge or Clerk of a U.S. Court?

4. If Obama did reclaim his U.S. citizenship after his visit to Pakistan in 1981, are there records of that fact at any embassy, legation, consulate, or Court, or in the Offices of the Attorney General to verify that occurrence?

I am a citizen of the United States, a voter in the state of {your state} I would be directly harmed if the Presidential election was inconsistent with Article II, Section 1, Clause 4 of the U.S. Constitution, and I seek redress of this grievance under Amendment I of the U.S. Constitution. There is no special harm to me separate from or beyond the injury to any other American voter by having a corrupted and fraudulent nomination, election, and inauguration process. I do not have any special direct personal injury such as might give me standing to pursue these questions in a Federal Court. I only have my faith and reliance on you, as an honest person, who wants to do her duty as the official that certifies the results of the Electoral College process. I'm not asking that all the electors be disqualified if the above questions can't be answered, just the ones from my own state of {your state}.

As the congress has debated sending 700 billion of the taxpayers money to bail out companies that for the most part left alone to fail, head for bankruptcy or close. Never should these companies get a bail out. Being against the bailout a thought come to me.

Where the finger should point

Why do not the politicians who are mostly to blame being they created this mess. They rejected warnings from some of them and the fed chairman 2004, took donations to campaign funds in hundreds of thousands of dollars, creating legislation that forced and allowed loans to be given to persons that could never pay them back in the guise that they where for the poor. The truth is was for reelection and retaining their power. Some of these companies willingly supported and some executives are even managing campaigns.

Cliché revise, the politicians get richer and retain power on the backs of the poor then steal from the working person to pay for misgivings. .

I heard them say greed that was the fault. I agree political greed for power. Now we are to expect that these very same people should be in charge of fixing the problem.

The answer is not a bailout. The answer is not putting them in charge and wasting our time and money. The have already proven that they cannot handle or keep from wasting our money for their own selfish reasons.

The Answer

Do fact finding for your self. Do not trust the media they have their agenda and it stinks. There are plenty of resources via internet to find out who voted for what, who created what and who is working for and financing campaigns. Pay no attention to the finger pointing but find facts and come to your own conclusions.

Vote these people out of office. When done then expect and demand that 700 billion go back to those who paid taxes. Why should taxpayers be held responsible to prop up and cover for mistakes made?

We can spend our money much wiser then what government has proven to do. I am sure taxpayers will welcome $10,000 to $50,000 back in their wallet or purse and our economy will boom again like no other on earth. Demand that no involvement except enforcement of law allowed regulation of business again.

Jesus often rebuked those leaders who where arrogant and haughty. As what I see and the way the media has lifted him to some position and Senator Obama's actions as well he is one that Jesus would have quickly rebuked.

The reference does belittle Jesus to elevate the experiences of the Senator for political gain and it is unacceptable. Those true Christians that have faith see clearly this man has shown to be unworthy of our vote or to remain in the position that he holds at this time.

Isaiah 5:21 “Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes And clever in their own sight!”

This appears to me exactly what the Senator does.

Proverbs 3:7 “Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the LORD and turn away from

Evil.”

Evil is the destruction of the unborn. Evil is the lust for power. Evil is the elevation of ones self to the level of God. The list could go on but this is what my eyes see of now.

Senator Obama if truly you are a Christian then humble yourself and pray for forgiveness. Turn from your wicked ways and let the Lord give you what is his will not yours. If you want to give us change and be a great leader then first you must change yourself.

When heard then what asked should be, what are they doing with the money they take? Are they not getting enough to spend being revenues are in the billions? What is wasted on useless programs, pork barrel and for politicians personal benefits? Do they vote their own raises? I know the answers to these questions will expose the hypocrisy so I have a plan.

The Plan

On the ballot should be a proposed tax on any congressional representatives that's name is on a bill showing waste, abuse, funding of failed programs, and growth or expansion of government. The tax levied against the salary of those of who found guilty of such. There should be an organization funded and apart from the government by them taxes that enforces and decides on the bases of history or present dealings. This organization having hearing to decide by commoners as the legal system has a jury.

This plan will keep them honest and punish the real culprit Big Government.

This decision puts all of us in danger as now terrorists have free access to our court system. This undermines our military and the function to protect us against foreign enemies. Justice Scalia I cannot agree with you more on your descent. Justice Roberts I share your reproach.

This is why when we vote for a president and we get on the bench those of who will use their position for political hacking.

This is a blatant misuse of power and harmful. It is strictly against the constitution in checks and balances. Legislation at no time is the responsibility or governing power granted to the Supreme Court.

Usama Bin Laden now if captured has a right to appeal his detention. These judges with their decision should just have a nice dance with him.

Once again as the case of Roe vs Wade the Supreme Court is out of bounds.

When we cater to or elect people of who limits our freedom, we loose our credibility. Our direction must change as incrementally we have been loosing our rights due to socialist agenda from elected leaders.

Political correctness for example has limited our freedom of speech. A false environmental concern has limited our freedom to produce energy.

Higher taxes on goods and punishing taxes on success have limited our freedom to succeed as we choose.

God has been stricken from government offices and public schools, this in the name of separation of church and state but if you read our constitution never does it restrict us from our religious beliefs or the practice in any place.

The constitution restricts the government from supporting a religion or force of religion on the people. I also restrict the government from taking the rights of those who wish to practice and worship or not in any place in America. Yet the ones who write bad law and hypocritically force the religion of secular humanism in public schools.

We must take back our schools. We must take back our legislative branch. We must take back our courts. We must hold every office of government to a higher standard of holding our great constitution as the rule of what made America the best. We must take back our taxes used for socialist experiments that always fail miserably. Stop regulating the private industry on false claims (Man made Global Warming Hoax) but have good laws for them to follow.

I think about history and that of great orators who made crowds energized. I think of because of this Winston Churchill, Abraham Lincoln and Martin Luther King. These men had great ideas and changed the world.

Then I think about the Reverend Jim Jones, Adolph Hitler and many others that as being great speakers brought down countries and people to their death because they had the ability to convince many. Even though their ideas and intentions where wrong, because of great speeches they drew the masses to follow to their demise. My hope is America will not fall as these have.

I look into what Obama is for what ideas he has to make a great nation that he wishes to lead. I hear him talk of change and unity. I hear not one idea of how to change positively that tried before has failed miserably. I hear condescension and arrogance of which will not unify.

I look at the history of Senator Obama and his record in voting. Most examples of what he sides with have proven to be a failure historically. This is true socialism of which is a flawed ideology. This is not changing just recycled inadequacy. The people of our great nation need to stand up and reject these or we are destined to fail.

In address to his opponent Senator McCain of which Obama spoke. I agree with his assessment made in his speech. If you stand for everything, you stand for nothing. Great leaders stand principled as a rock and the tide will not wash them out like the sand you are standing on. If you want to lead our nation to greatness then you must stand on the principles that made us great. You must change your direction and stop the nonsense of trying to get along, wavering belief and collusion. No one respects you for this stand especially the ones on the other side of the isle as you see in Obamas speech.

My optimism is someone will stand up and say enough is enough. This one will become a great leader and not change but restore what has worked proven by history. At this time that person is not availed.
