A brilliant piece of legislation which shouldn't be needed, but alas it is. Congress only has so many legal powers. They've been creating new ones for themselves for years, and the American people need to stand up and do something about it.

Bribery, or campaign contributions, is an issue everyone should be looking at. It is constitutionally protected, and "we the people" are letting them get away with it.
